4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Process

To book our Services, you may:

• Email us directly
• Call our office during business hours

All bookings are subject to stylist availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us and have paid any required deposit.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service fee is required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of service, unless otherwise specified in writing.
• For services exceeding £500, a payment plan may be available upon request.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal.

All prices displayed on our website are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time. However, if you have already received a quote or booked a service, we will honor that price regardless of subsequent changes to our pricing structure.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 By the Client

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: deposit may be applied to a future booking within 3 months.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service: deposit is forfeited.
• No-shows: full payment is required.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.

5.2 By Trail Brookway

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible
• Offer to reschedule your appointment at a time convenient for you
• If rescheduling is not possible, provide a full refund of any payments made

We reserve the right to cancel services due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Service Delivery

6.1 Service Locations

Services may be delivered:

• At our studio in Emmaside
• At your home or office (within our service area)
• At shopping locations (for personal shopping services)
• Virtually via video conference

Travel fees may apply for in-person services outside our standard service area of 15 miles from our office.

6.2 Service Duration

The duration of each service is as stated on our website or in your booking confirmation. While we make every effort to complete services within the allocated time, extensions may be needed in some cases and will be charged at our hourly rate.

6.3 Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, we ask that you:

• Be punctual for appointments
• Provide accurate information about your style preferences, needs, and budget
• For wardrobe editing services, ensure your wardrobe is accessible
• For virtual consultations, ensure you have a stable internet connection and appropriate device

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on the Trail Brookway website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Trail Brookway or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

7.2 Use of Our Content

You may:

• Access and view content for personal, non-commercial use
• Print or download extracts of content for personal reference

You may not:

• Republish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our website or content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without obtaining a license from us
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from our content

7.3 Content Created During Services

Style boards, outfit recommendations, and other styling materials created during our service delivery are provided for your personal use only. We retain the intellectual property rights to these creations, though you have a license to use them for personal purposes.

We may, with your consent, take photographs during styling sessions for our portfolio. You may request that we do not use your images for marketing purposes.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to our website (such as comments, reviews, or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute that content in any medium. This license continues even if you stop using our website.

You represent and warrant that content you submit:

• Does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights
• Does not contain defamatory, offensive, or otherwise unlawful material
